Kelli Berke, Director has been with Cushman & Wakefield for the past 12 years, during which time handling agencies on behalf of Alma Properties, Brause Realty, Brickman Real Estate, Columbia Property Trust, Clarion Partners, The Durst Organization, Eretz Group, ESRT, Jamestown, Savanna, Silverstein Properties, Taconic Investment Partners and Vanbarton Group. Her responsibilities have included negotiating leases, developing the budgets, and implementing marketing plans.

Mrs. Berke has been involved in notable lease transactions and has provided brokerage services to some of the city's most prestigious companies in the fashion, financial services, technology, executive search, and media industries.

Prior to her time with Cushman & Wakefield, Mrs. Berke gained years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, having worked in project management and brokerage at such firms as Durst Fetner Residential, Winick Realty Group and Newmark Knight Frank.
