Naheem Harris is a Counsel in the New York office of Vinson & Elkins LLP. His national practice focuses on a wide range of real estate matters, including bespoke financings (mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity investments, and both borrower and lender representations), development, partnerships and joint ventures (as the operator and as equity), dispositions and acquisitions, ground leases and leasing matters. Naheem was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and earned his BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD from Brooklyn Law School.
