Terron Grant is a rising real estate professional with underwriting, sales, leasing, investor relations, and property management experience. Currently, Mr. Grant serves as a Junior Investment Officer in the Real Estate Division at the New York State Common Retirement Fund (hereinafter “NYS CRF.”) NYS CRF is one of the largest pension fund plans in the country, with over $250 billion in assets under management. Mr. Grant works as part of an 8-person team managing $25 billion in real estate investments.

In his previous role as a C-Suite Executive Analyst for Sinatra & Co., Mr. Grant underwrote multi-family assets of around $50M for acquisition and spearheaded investor outreach efforts. For his successful accomplishments, he was awarded the “Buffalo Business First 2021 30 under 30 Award.” Additionally, Mr. Grant served as a small business lender, underwriting business loans up to $250k. Mr. Grant also had his commercial real estate license with Howard Hanna Commercial and performed leasing and property management for smaller ‘mom & pop’ rental operators.

Mr. Grant is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from SUNY Buffalo State University.

Mr. Grant synthesize his ‘main street’, mid-market, and institutional knowledge to holistically understand the market and drive value.
